Today, we’re proud to announce two well-earned promotions that reflect both momentum and continuity: Emma Mulitz has been named Head of Engineering, and Lillie Ratliff Head of Product.
Emma and Lillie bring deep institutional knowledge, steady leadership, and a track record of delivering through Scope3’s most important transitions. As the company continues building the infrastructure for agentic advertising, their leadership ensures we move forward with clarity and confidence.
Emma has been a foundational force at Scope3 since day one. As a co-founder and the architect of the company’s technical foundation, she has led engineering through every phase of our evolution.
Emma understands both how Scope3’s systems work and why they were built. She inherently gets how they must evolve to support an open, interoperable, agentic future. Her work has consistently balanced long-term vision with pragmatic delivery, enabling the company to scale without losing focus.

As Head of Engineering, Emma will focus on scaling Scope3’s agentic infrastructure. That process will be threefold: deepening the platform reliability, guiding how the company works with emerging industry standards like AdCP, and building out a world-class engineering team.
Emma knows where Scope3 has been, and thus is uniquely equipped to lead where it’s going.
Since joining Scope3 in September 2022, Lillie has played a central role in giving a voice to the Scope3 customer and feeding that into the company’s overall product strategy and strategic initiatives.
Lillie brings deep, hands-on experience to this role. She’s led and supported complex product launches and GTM strategies across the industry, including Curate at AppNexus and HBO Max’s ad-supported offering at Warner Media during its merger with DirecTV. These experiences shaped her customer-first approach to product development.
Now, as Head of Product for Scope3, Lillie will lead end-to-end delivery of Scope3’s universal advertising platform, ensuring the company’s vision translates into products that drive meaningful outcomes for marketers. Her focus will include accelerating roadmap execution, scaling customer-led pilots, and partnering closely with engineering to bring agentic capabilities to market — all while reducing the operational complexity that has long defined digital advertising.
"I started my career as a trader, running campaigns for some of the world’s largest brands," Lillie said. "I’ve seen firsthand both the power of digital advertising and its pain points. Stepping into this role, I’m keen to help architect and build the platform that solves many of those challenges, delivering exceptional outcomes while reducing inefficiency. It’s incredibly energizing to reimagine what’s possible through an AI-first lens.”
Lillie has been instrumental in defining product-market fit. This promotion reflects confidence in her ability to scale execution without losing strategic intent.
