Earlier this year, Scope3 launched the industry’s first Collaborative Sustainability Platform (CSP), putting sustainability information about digital media into the hands of anyone that wants it.
One of the coolest features of the platform, aside providing a visual representation of the carbon emissions of the websites and content we consume regularly, is the search functionality.
With emissions data spanning millions of online properties, websites and mobile apps, having a simple and intuitive search capability as the most common entry point of the CSP was a must. By harnessing the transformative power of CommandBar, we built a product with a seamless user experience that makes it incredibly easy for anyone to search and explore our data.
Our senior software engineer, Kelsey Leftwich, leading this part of the project shared her experience building this into our platform. Read about Kelsey’s experience integrating CommandBar into the Scope3 CSP, along with her recommendations on how you can do the same for your Next.js project, via CommandBar’s blog here.
